    Guests Arrive

    Welcome drinks and canapés in the gardens of Larchfield Estate.

  2. 3:00 PM

    Ceremony

    Join us as Joe & Katie exchange their vows in the Great Hall.

  3. 4:00 PM

    Drinks Reception

    Prosecco, cocktails, and a chance to explore the estate grounds.

  4. 5:30 PM

    Wedding Breakfast

    A sit-down dinner in the Stableyard — three courses celebrating local produce.

  5. 7:30 PM

    Speeches & Toasts

    Words from the father of the bride, best man, and the happy couple.

  6. 8:30 PM

    Evening Reception

    Dancing, music, and the cutting of the cake. Evening guests welcome from 8 PM.

  7. 12:00 AM

    Last Orders

    The bar closes and we bid goodnight. Taxis will be available from the main entrance.

By Car from Belfast

  • —Take the A1 (Balmoral Ave) south from Belfast city centre.
  • —Follow signs for Lisburn / Hillsborough (approx. 15 miles).
  • —At Hillsborough, follow the B177 towards Dromore.
  • —Larchfield Estate is signposted on the left after approx. 1.5 miles.
  • —Ample free parking is available on-site.

By Bus

  • —Translink Goldline 238 from Belfast Europa Bus Centre to Hillsborough village, Mon–Sat.
  • —Journey time is approximately 30 minutes.
  • —From Hillsborough village, a short taxi ride (approx. 5 min / £6–8) to the estate.

Day Notes

Dress Code

We'd love for guests to dress in black tie or formal attire. Ladies, heels may not be practical on the grounds — you may wish to bring a comfortable pair of flats for the garden.

Children

We kindly ask that the celebration remains adults-only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a well-deserved night off!

Gift List

Your presence truly is the greatest gift. However, if you'd like to contribute, we have a small gift list and a honeymoon fund — details will be shared closer to the day.

Photography

During the ceremony we kindly ask guests to keep phones away so we can be fully present — our photographer will capture everything beautifully.

Accommodation

A room block has been arranged at the nearby Hillsborough Inn and Crowne Plaza Belfast. Booking codes will be provided in your invitation.
